Customs, Duties & Taxes As a UK-based retailer shipping to the EU, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Luna Bunny LTD is not responsible for any customs delays or additional charges incurred.

Right of Withdrawal EU customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, without providing a reason. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on how to exercise this right.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, please allow up to 7 additional days before contacting us.
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Address Errors

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the address.
