Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached

Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour. Follow the same return process and let us know what you'd like to exchange for.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened, including underwear and swimwear (unless faulty).
